Dude, I finally looked this up. I guess this is YET ANOTHER fine tobacco product/gentleman gone too soon. Chef Daniel sounds like an awesome guy... Arabesque: Also known as Turkish Toast. A selection of hard to find Turkish leaf; Izmir, Prilep and Yenidje combined with Canadian Flue Cured, Piedmont Red Virginia, East Carolina Bright and Highland Rim White Burley, fully toasted and dosed with a combination of crystal clear fig and date eau de vie, toasted cardamom pods, black walnuts, Meyer lemon peel, cinnamon sticks, honey, mint, spices and fresh pomegranate seeds. Aged under pressure in stainless steel canisters until the leaf fully absorbs the scenting cocktail, the tobaccos are milled to a medium grind then lightly stoved with toasted pine nuts caramelized with Muscovado sugar, hand churned Amish butter and a bit of vanilla to create the signature Old Mill moisture level. Frickin' butter, man!!!

He was one of my mentors and a great guy.
I've done the butter thing and it's pretty good! Just melt it in the pan, sprinkle in the flour and lightly toast ... many prefer "ghee" for this.

Just melt it in the pan, sprinkle in the flour and lightly toast ... many prefer "ghee" for this. so is that what a true "toast" is? Like actual buttered toast? If so, that's spectacular. I assume that toasts are also just toasted in a pan or something. So, if THAT'S the case, they should differentiate between toast and buttered toast.

A Toast is always toasted but not usually buttered … that's more of an "artisan" thing.
Chef Daniel would toast the flour first and then gently fry it in ghee.
I've got a buttload of whole-leaf Virginia sitting around so perhaps that will be among the next batches too.
Man, I need to retire someday so I can focus on this stuff!

Won't that interfere with your Gyro Ice Cream store?

Old Paris, and 6 Photo 666 Medicated. I like the Old Paris, but I don't get too much scent out of it. The scent dies too quickly. Once the medicated subsides, back to Cheeta, Rustica, and then some Super K.

A big thing in Greece is Greek yogurt drizzled with honey. You could do ice cream, that. Or BAKLAVA ICE CREAM. I might have to make a trip to Arizona for that. I could eat my weight in baklava.

I'm on vacation, and I DID NOT pack enough Cheeta. That, or it's been sneaking out of my tin, which is entirely possible. Oh well. I'll have to substitute Dholakia White, and I forgot I have Majestic Elephant in the car.
Cheeta, then Rustica. Probably more Rustica, then some Super K.

Old paris on my way out to work this morning, Cheeta and Morlaix along for my work day.
I only have 1 gallon of paint to run out today. I stopped by the house on my way in and grabbed my big brush. Painting walls with no windows or doors, going to run through this gallon in record time.

Red Apple Bubble Gum Coffee Orange Cream Wintergreen
The Orange Cream should work really well for the "Creamsicle" idea.
