OMG, you are not going to be live what I did a little bit ago.
I was seeing my heart doctor and we were talking about my hearts health. She things looked good but there was something in the area where the bypass was she wanted to look at. While we talking I got my tin of snuff out of my pocket and took a good hit. She looked at me while I was doing it and didn't say a thing.

I know the cafeteria at our hospital is VERY hit or miss. I've had really good food from there, but I've also had food that I wouldnt feed my dog.

Just some Cheeta and TPS Madras today. Been really sensitive to nic the last few days, so I've been throttling my consumption. Anyone else have that happen?

Usually, it's when I've not been hydrating well enough or sometimes on an empty stomach.
The other day, I fired up a cigar before lunch and it was obvious there was no competition for the binding.
