More Thor's Hammer … helps with hunger! I'm waiting for lunch where I will weave my way through the carbohydrate ridden landscape called "cafeteria". This is the end of week #1 going Keto and, while there's not any weight loss yet, I feel and look less bloated.

I enjoyed the keto diet when my dad and step mom were doing it. The first week or so sucked, but after that, I felt better. I still had wicked cravings for bread and rice once in a while though.
I'll join you with the Hammer

This is the end of week #1 going Keto and, while there's not any weight loss yet, I feel and look less bloated. I worked in hospital food service in highschool. Interesting and shocking job. I saw some stuff delivering meals to rooms... No one ate the line food when Roger was cooking. He would sweat profusely, and had a 1/2" thick fingernail. Also, no one wanted to be on pots when he cooked, because he would burn the heck out of everything, and you couldn't keep up with his mess.

Yeah … the first week is always the toughest and will-power is not my forte. LOL I did really well at lunch, though, bypassing breaded shrimp, onion rings and lasagna for some baked Cajun Tilapia and a side salad. Now I'm treating myself to dessert with Cheeta Cakes ... Cheeta / Butternut Toast mix.

Carharts Choice. Gas station snuff. It's a sweet scotch but not sweet like Navy and you can actually pick up on the smokiness. Very fine, but gritty, and dry dry dry.
I still cant didn Garrett, so I'm making my rounds at all the gas stations... avoiding Peach

Barnyard toast with a cup of 8 o clock italian roast freshly ground and brewed in a french press. If I had a bowl of DFU or Picayune right now, I would be stout flavor heaven!

Cheeta and Rustica, to break the nose in. Poschl Spezial Andrechs followed, which was then followed by Lowenprise. I then decided to mix some Star Gazer with some Lowenprise for a real licorice/menthol blast.
