But what about pipes? I don't see anything about pipes. Also, what if I don't want to have nasty cigar smoke blowing in my face while I am trying to enjoy my pipe?

Well, if they allow cigars they are going to allow pipes...even in Vegas at the West Coast Pipe show, the Hotel allows pipes in the conference area when they don't allow cigars. We need a pipeafficinado website...pipes predate Cigars!  |

I am thinking that most of these are cigar sellers. If I bring in my own pipe and tobacco, it would be like bringing my own bottle to a wine bar.

So if a cigarette smoker accompanied a cigar smoking buddy to a cigar shop, it is the same as bringing wine to a wine bar? I have been to plenty of cigar lounges where they either have crappy pipe tobacco or none at all and smoked my pipe.... at the least, I can buy a beverage... never once did the staff treat me as a deadbeat smoker, and never once did I feel like I was handing them bacon and eggs and asking for breakfast. |

Try to smoke a pipe in the street in London and you will constantly be bugged by tourist if they may take a photo of you because "you look so English". Ask me how I know... It happened several times to me and I am German!  |

I would still love to visit the U.K. And wear a flat cap hat, smoking a pipe, riding in a Jaguar.

You would stick out like a sore thumb there Marty! Nobody in London looks like that any longer and when we were there wearing Tweed and a flatcap we were constantly mistaken for Englishmen.
