Just wondering, at the old place I always liked his contributions, (for the life of me I cannot remember his username there) and he has a lot of knowledge on tobaccos, and blending.
Listening to the Dan Johnson (Woodsroad) interview with Brian Levine on how Russ was able to take an old Warhorse plug, and independent of the lab analysis of the components, nail it all down was...really something.

Thanks! Goad him into checking in when you see his tobacco stained fingers at your pipe club meeting.

The last post I saw from Russ on another forum. He said he has many irons in the fire. So his time is quite shallow.

Naggie, Russ is one of the top blenders in the world and a fantastic guy. Hopefully that day will come.

That is funny....
Make me think of the rod Stewart classic "maggie may" I would love to have some musical abilities and do a Yancovic type parody of "Naggie Mae" from the perspective of a guy with a raspy voice happy to be rid of her...maybe even a Naggie Bray, like the braying of a donkey.
