Nice. I have a couple of those with all the paperwork and stuff. The only thing wrong with them is the restricted draft. I keep meaning to send them to Norwood for new stems and fittings.

Nice pipe!
I have a pipe similar, and when I loaded the bowl I tended to roll the bowl forward and load it level with the rim..after a couple of predictble smokes, I changed my habit...But then again I constantly have to tell myself that I don't need to maximize every smoke when I load the pipe...I have some darkened rims, but so far haven't charred anything.
