I plan on attending as usual. I hope this new date works ok. I thought they had a perfect date in late March. Summer is very busy and it's difficult to get turn out but will see how it goes. It will be different without the clubs founder and force of nature Tony "Mr Can" Soderman but I understand his daughter will be attending so I'm really looking forward to see what she's bringing.  |

for those that are going, I'll be bringing some of my own blends to share. I need to compile a list of what I have. but if any of y'all have a specific blend of mine you want to try just let me know!

Looks like the event has been cancelled. I just got a notification via Facebook that they could not secure the venue. I don't know if they could scramble something together in that time, but it's looking like a no.

I'm so surprised. It sounded for the past couple months as if they'd booked k&j for the event but something must have fallen through. Bummer.

So apparently there was a permit issue with selling cigars (and likely tobacco). I know our president wanted to tie in with the cigar crowd to make it more viable. With the potentially smaller attendance, the venue said they needed a pretty large guarantee ($). It's a shame. Perhaps later in the year.
