Smoked a mix of 5100 and McCraines Red Flake in an old Kriswell Canadian.
Some may scoff at the mix but I think it adds a little more character and dimension. And ready for bed!

Stormy made the trans-Atlantic crossing and hit the West Coast of the Dark Continent last night. Finished the Burley, so I started this cold smoking day with (much to the cats' delight) Presbyterian Mixture in a Savinelli Grezza unfinished/natural Oom Paul. Strong coffee on the side.

Up early to get Goddaughter on her way back to Miami and then Paris. I'm having a falcon bowl filled with SWR and Community coffee, neat.
Came home from dinner out last night to find the AC had quit cooling. An after-hours service call discovered a leak in rusty coils. $600.00 Freon fill up and now to buy a new heating/AC unit.
Well, at least smoking should be back to normal.
