LTF in the other MM Diplomat Apple HW with a Dr Pepper made with sugar.
My sister came over to visit & noticed the people across the street are having a yard sale. She went to go see what they have for sale, that's 30 minutes those people will never get back.

I've just finished a bowl of C&D Crooner in the "The Smoke" bent Dublin. And more strong coffee is brewing.
Not wanting to seem stupid here, but,,, How is this pipe a"Bent"? Having recently aquiered a Yello-Bole Nova Brylon Bulldog I agree that the synthetics are awesome. No ghosting and little to none breakin required.
Firing up my second bowl of FMC this afternoon, I cheated and took acigar to work with me.A Pinar Del Rio Obscuro, sweet oily maduro wrapper, I couldn't resist.

There was an article which Pipedia won't show tonight which told about "The Pipe" and "The Smoke" and what they were made of. They are some type of acrylic resin and a carbon bowl liner. The stem is a pliable nylon.
The pipe has a slight upward bend to the shank,or is canted to the rear of the pipe, not 90 degrees. A true Dublin cants forward a few degrees. If the photo was not at an angle you'd see the bend, and so it is bent.

Relaxing after a wonderful meat and potatoes dinner, and am a third of the way through this bowl of Watch City Flake #558 in a smooth straight early ‘60s Lane era “William Conrad” Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. Have enough left for one more bowl. Watching the Yankees-Red Sox game.

Thank You, I was figuring it may just be in the name. But your explanation makes sense and helps me understand. And now that I have learned something useful I will move on to more important matters.Like Proper English in my DG Savoy to be followed with Rattray's Marlin Flake in a Medico Guardsman Bulldog (Smokes alot better now that I removed the stinger).
