Great day and start of the work week Briarpatchers, started the day finishing the Sav 619 EX with Sleepy Hollow, and the 606 EX with Optimum. I'm also halfway thru this pot of joe. Serenity filled day to all. Drivers, military personnel, and peace officers stay safe! All my friends here, please do the same.

Enjoyed a ham and cheese sandwich for lunch, and am now a third of the way through this bowl of year 2002 Wessex Sovereign Curly Cut in a smooth straight early 1960s Lane era Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. Watching Mad Dog Russo.

OGS is a savinelli venere bulldog. Community coffee, meat. What kind of meat? Bacon or ham goes good with coffee.
SWR in a beater cob for the morning commute. Community coffee, neat road shotgun.
I'm surprised it turned out that well. Running on 3 hrs. sleep. P. S. LBF in a Invecta bent bulldog blasted finish. Ice tea.

The EGR/H&H mix, in the Savory's Argyll 286 chubby billiard. My Savorys (a Dunhill sub-brand, afaik), all have the feel and build of "old furniture", and they're all great smokers. I bought my first one new back in 1972 or thereabouts. It took me decades to find another one. Now I have five. Lately, the pickings have been slim for this estate line, and I believe that it's no longer flying under the radar, so its availability seems to have dried up at present.

Sutliff Mulled Wine in a Yello Bole Pug Bulldog. I think I may purchase some nose warmers, as the size of bowl fits my attention span. Mulled Wine is a really nice, sweet aro. You don't lose tobacco flavor, but you do get a sweetness out of it. Will have to smoke Comoy's Cask 2 while Mulled Wine is still in memory.
Slices of Xuan's home grown cantaloupes instead of a drink. I begged her to harvest them sooner. Thank God she thought I was foolish. They beat anyone we have ever purchased.
