Relaxing after a wonderful cod and cheese rice dinenr with a bowl of Peretti Oxford Flake in a 1982 black sandblasted medium bend W.O. Larsen freehand with a black vulcanite stem. Watching the Orioles-Indians game.
Glad all is well, Baboo!

Sutliff ready rubbed edgeworth match in the Julius Vesz Circle 3 style 14 tanshell with a replacement stem by the man himself. Founders All day Ipa session ale in the coozy. Made pizza for dinner tonight and it got the three year old scream of approval. He wanted to oil the whole table with his last slice, little snot. Wife still won't let me sell him to the gypsies.

I sat in the yard, enjoying the breeze and the view. I decided to try the Fusilier's Ration that Russ invented for us. WOW, great stuff Russ! Now to find a bunch of it. I love it. This was my first crumble cake tobacco, took a bit to figure out what to do with it. I got it rubbed out and packed and commenced to enjoy it in a virgin MM cob. Nice combo. I also took the time to relax and enjoy a bit of wood carving again. I worked some on the pipe holder, just for practice. Again, nice work Russ! Now, where can I find some Bengal Slices?

Following a dinner of Roast Beef in Red Chile Gravy with taters and leafy plant matter, a bowl of PS Luxury Bullseye Flake in a Choquin Regate Billiard. A measure of Wild Turkey 101 may be indicated, strictly as a digestive mind you. A few drops of Peynaud Bitters.

Survived Hurricane Irma... lot's of damage but nuthing I can't fix myself... don't want to deal with insurance hacks if avoidable. The neighborhood is a mess, and power is out for who knows how long... gonna be hot n steamy for awhile. Another of life's adventures... best met head on with a good smoke - Full Virginia Plug in a Patriot cob... I prefer the plug handily over the flake. Glad you made it through, Baboo. I think my sis-in-law is through the worst of it too. Still waiting to hear from wife's aunt and uncle who live north of Tampa. They are still out of touch. I like your post hurricane choice of pipe and tobacco. Watch out for those wires!

About a quarter of the way through this bowl of C&D Light of the Universe in a 2003 straight grain Karl Erik Ekstravagant A medium bend freehand sitter and black acrylic stem. Work is done for the day, and I'm relaxing in my chair reading baseball box scores with Sleepy Suzy by my side. Molly's snoozin' in my studio.

After reading JimInks "What's you favorite Virginia" thread, I had to have some SG FVF in the Vauen Mastro de Paja 102 pipe with some Barley Brown/Coalition Brewing "co-brew" Double IPA called Beast From The East along side.

I keep thinking I need to smoke some FVF, too, but I'm aging my stash. Not easy holding back, but it'll be worth it when I open a jar. Part way through this bowl of 2001 GLP Haddo’s Delight in a smooth medium bend post-WW2 Pre-Republic Peterson Shamrock Killarney 9BC with a sterling silver band and a black vulcanite stem. Watching Wyatt Earp.

Watching Wyatt Earp. The way I do it is I buy a tin or two to pop and smoke. I buy the bulk for jarring and aging. I have about 3 pounds aging in jars (the oldest with about 3 years on it). I do the same for St. James, BBF, and Medium Virginia Flake too.
