Thor's Day! Armoured myself with a bowl of GLP Embarcadero in an estate Keyser prince. Coffee x 2. (Wondering where Grimpeur is. Must be pretty busy. He is the only member that I have ever noticed that also has a Keyser Hygienic Patent in his collection.)

Started today with a visit from Stormy but he has somewhere else to be, sat in the garage watching my Ruger intently, we have a veterinarian visit this morning and well I'll just say I need a sample, lol. While waiting burned SG St James Flake in a Castello Sea Rock Cherrywood. What a great way to enjoy sitting and waiting.

Starting off my smoking day with 1950s Arrowhead in a medium bend egg 2017 Royal Meerschaum Dragon meer with a black and cream swirl amber colored acrylic stem. A cup of Maxwell House, neat, is my drink.

Now smoking Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 1982 black sandblasted paneled slight bend Savinelli flat bottom sitter with a black vulcanite stem. Watching We're Not Married! David Wayne and Marilyn Monroe are married in this one... until they find out they aren't. Funny movie.

Didn't post last night's smoke, so here it is; started out with Iwan Reis Canadian Plug in a rusticated Sav Bing, but it tasted really, really nasty with the Virgil's Root Beer I had on the side. And since the Virgil's cost more than a bowl of Canadian Plug, I dumped it and filled'er up with Burley Light Without a Bite. Now THAT was a nice match! Followed it up with a bowl of Raspberry VA in a bent bulldog of mysterious origin.
Today I'm off work...taking the old folks to Drs appointments later on. Right now I'm comfortably ensconced on the porch with BLWB burning nicely in the aforesaid Sav Bing, and I have a lovely cuppa Brazil Oberon on the side. While digging through my cellar a few days ago, I happened on a 8oz jelly jar full of BLWB. Don't know how long it had been there...a coupla years? I felt like a kid at Christmas! So I've been smoking the heck outta it.

About a third of a bowl left of Lane Burley and Black in a 2003 medium bent Ural meer with a lined and etched egg shaped bowl with a brown pearl acrylic stem. A bottle of Cheerwine is my drink. It's almost time for Mad Dog Russo.
