Yesterday's smoke was an experiment. I purposely left a half smoked bowl on my desk and finished it the next day. Worked great, no problem at all. The pipe didn't complain either. Today I broke in a freshly cleaned estate Kaywoodie, using some of Russ' Candy Corn tobacco. A glass of rum with ice and a splash of Coke to drink.

All this talk of the Xmas Cheer is making me want to pop a tin. I'm heading down to the pipe room to see which one's time is up! Edit: 2 from 2014, 2 from 2015 and one from 2000 ... vote! I vote 2000, but that's only because I prefer my CC to get at least 5 years of age. There's nothing like the sight of sparkles in a tin of CC.

I hope everything is ok now! Thanks Billy. Unfortunately my mom was diagnosed with lung cancer last month. After starting her first round of chemo she had a couple of strokes. The second one was a doosy and she was paralyzed on the right side of her body. She's out of the Stroke ICU and is now on to physical therapy/rehab. It's gonna be a long road to recovery. But things are definitely looking up. Dino Best wishes, Dino! Stay strong, bother.

I now have some GH&Co. Grasmere Flake in an Ashton Pebble one X bent billiard.Which I have no picture of. I always have to light the flake tobaccos several times before the get going well.
Well, my advice is to not smoke a high nic baccy on an empty stomach, and then look at your attachment photo.

Moved on to cup of coffee #3, and a bowl of SWRA/Dark Burley.
I have some interesting observations relating to tobacco quality (for example SWRA vs. Golden Extra), though I will save them for another post. Stay tuned.
