A London made seconds of some sort. That condenser spoon on the stem is odd to me, but it could be several makers. Possibly a Charatan second, maybe not.

A quick google search turned up a London shape 97 prince as a hardcastle shape. So a parker/dunhill second since its stamped after the final merger.

Yo jmb - love that Prince! I have a pair of 97s from Savory's, which is a fine old London house taken over by Dunhill's. I'll check the nomenclature more carefully later today.
