Moonshine Pipe Co. Devil Dog... And Amazing Customer Service

Some of you guys saw a thread I started a few weeks back where I had a question regarding a Moonshine pipe I bought from P&C. I asked Justin to remove the thread because I didn't want to inflict any harm to Moonshine's reputation. Well, I have decided to start a new thread, mainly to give credit where credit is due.
The pipe I originally received had a small inclusion just under the surface inside of the bowl, which opened up on the pipes maiden smoke. I asked the community here about the appropriate course of action, then proceeded down the recommended course. I was unable to reach anyone at P&C, so I sent an email to Moonshine Pipe Co.
Jonathan got back to me very quickly, and assured me he would stand behind his pipes. I sent him a few pictures and the series and finish info. I asked if I needed to send the pipe to him as well. Much to my surprise, he told me to go ahead and keep the pipe as a second, and told me he would be shipping me a new one the following morning.
Three days later, at no cost to me whatsoever, a box arrived at my door, containing a beautiful new pipe, along with a bottle of Moonshine's beard oil (which my wife is quite fond of already), a keychain leather pipe rest and a Moonshine Pipe Co. sticker. Needless to say, I was blown away. I was so impressed by their customer service, I bought another pipe. A Stublin, we should be arriving Monday.
Anyhow, point is, Jonathan and the guys at Moonshine were awesome, and their customer service is top notch, and I thought, man, people should know about this.
The pipe is amazing, great in hand and in the clench. Draft is smooth and open. If anyone out there has been considering one of these pipes, I say pull the trigger. You won't be disappointed.
