First, the site. Shows a lot of stuff of old, old tin pics www.antiquetobacco.com/tobacco-tins/canister-tins/Next we have my mom's dad with a pipe. The pipe I have of his is a rare Oom Poul, but the chamber has a crack in it.. In this pic is furniture I have had at one time or another. The Deco pieces on the mantel are in a case here, but unfortunately cracked, not by me... for a change. The print on the wall I sold when I was in the antique business. Could kill myself over that. It is "The End of the Trail". Pic of another copy of it follows. Lastly, the neighborhood parents called the three of us the Dalton Gang. I am in the front trying to figure out what appears to be some sort of "private parts" enlarger. I guess I thought it was a Duck Call. My twin is in the middle operating our mad genius older brother's early model of a breast enlarger. Any question why the Men in White keep an eye on me?

That black and white photo of you as a child looks amazingly crisp and modern. Looks like it was taken on an iPhone with a black and white filter. Must have been some amazing camera your parents had. Awesome stuff, David.

Awesome stuff, David. Dad was somewhat of a photographer, as were my older brother and I. He had a stereo camera from the forties, among others. If you compare these to 1800's photos, many of those have a depth you can't imagine, as the lenses were open for a half hour sometimes. Library of Congress images can often be shown on an 80 inch screen without loss of image. Interesting to zoom in on stuff 150 yrs ago or more.

Neat photos, always enjoy those of days gone by but, I always seem to pick out certain items of interest in them. Like the large vase in the small window or mirrored cubby hole, that be the piece to have.....Weller maybe? The the TV set looks a lot like my old Hoffman I had as a teenager.

Couldn't figure it out. What I found was scary, though. I never noticed the painted toenails in that picture. I sure hope it wasn't dad

My excuse for insanity is an older brother Butch who used to knock me and Danny in the head daily. Look at that rat!! He's smiling! I'm on the left
