This morning at 4:50 am I awoke to the wife screaming and the dog barking. Someone was in our Fifth Wheel. The first words out of my moth were, I will blow your arse away get out of my house. After we got the light on I grabbed my Mauser k98 and out the door I went. I walked barefoot left and right but did not see anyone. Going back in the house I put on some shorts and shoes and my good flashlight and walked the RV park. Three trailers down I spied a flashlight. I called out, Dan is that you. You with the light answer and identify yourself. The guy says I live here. I then walked the rest of the park. Only about three people are up that early in the park. I stopped some a younger family on the way out and asked them if they had seen anything. By this time Dan the maintenance man was heading over my way. That's when a lady from the third RV down comes up and confesses she accidently walked in my trailer. I told her bullshit and said if I had caught you outside when I first came out you would not be here now. Well that was my morning. You just never know.

Wow, that will elevate your blood pressure in a hurry... glad that it all worked out. There are a lot of people that take some heavy mess at bedtime nowadays that can zombify them if they wake up in the middle of the night.
Keep them doors locked going forward... make them breach the door.😉

Most of the time the door is locked when we go to bed. But I can get in a RV with just a screwdriver. Lucky I have a attack Chihuahua, lucky for her I am not as fast getting out of bed as I used to be. Worst thing in the world is a thief because most people will help you and give you a hand up. I grew up never having to lock a door unless we went on vacation. My how America has changed.

Pretty scary happenings. But reading through the events I wonder why would this woman would just come forth and admited that she entered your trailer if she had any criminal intent? She could have kept her trap shut and nobody would have known anything more than that some mysterious person had entered your trailer. Anyway, glad nobody got hurt.

Jesse, feel the same way. There are a lot of questions beyond meds. She would not be so alert moments later, unless someone knocked her awake.

Glad all turned out okay except for the scare.
You might want to rig up some "Home Alone" traps, just in case.
