Ps ltf in the Rm Perkins Calablin. I havent smoked this pipe in a minute and decided it was time. Drinking a piping hit cup of vanilla fireside spiced tea with a swirl of honey. Wishin there wasn't anise in the tea but cant win em all. Baccy tastes fantastic tonight either way.

Following a supper of Spaghetti in a nice meat sauce with local garlic and onions, a bowl of PS Highland Whisky in a Savinelli Champagne bent Billiard. Sadly, no red wine available.

Second bowl from my first pouch of Prince Albert. No danger of it replacing my established favourites in the all-day aromatic veign and good ol' Carter Hall still holds the title of preferred cheapo emergency smoke, but still- What a simple, pleasurable tobacco for the money. Easy to see why some blends have hung around all these years. The new camp is finally near enough to done as to allow for me to revert to my more sloth-like, leisurely state. Haha. Pipes and pages. Roughly 500 of the later deep so far into some King(Bazaar OF Bad Dreams). Hope you all had a pleasant weekend!

Relaxing after a wonderful rib-eye steak, sweet corn and masked potatoes dinner with a bowl of Old Dark Fired in a smooth medium bend post-WW2 Pre-Republic Peterson Shamrock Killarney 9BC with a sterling silver band and a black vulcanite stem. Watching Smokey and the Bandit, the only good movie in the series.

Having a bad aro day so I won't list them, save one: Villiger Tropic delivered for me the other day. Today it tasted like ash. Sweetened pipes, did all the things. Used a wooden match. I used my latest tamping technique that would drive a woman wild. Nothing. My non-aros and codgers seem to deliver all the time. Five Brothers and Carter Hall Match just don't fail. I may just smoke non-aros for a week or month and see what happens. My drink is a Sioux Sarsaparilla that I took the cap off with my teeth to instill fear into all those around me

That ole codger blend is cheaper than many Sutliff and Stokkebye blends, as well as others. I know what you're saying. When I was looking over pound prices I was amazed at how much darned near all of the codgers cost

What a beautiful day. Weather was awesome. High in the 60's, low humidity. Perfect.
Got up early and attended the first service @ church, sang in the choir, and then went to my favorite little restaurant/deli in the village of Pinehurst, aptly named "The Villager". Then it was off to the dealership, we're opened 1 Sunday per month, noon til 4.
Then it was time to go home, change into some golfin gear and make my way to the club. Got in 9 holes on the newly opened "Short Course", a par 3. Enjoyed a few Arturo Fuente 858's during the round and a couple more afterwards on the veranda with friends.
Finally found my way up to the mancave this evening and am enjoying a relaxing bowl of MM965 in my Edwards Billiard, sippin Glenrothes.
Man do I love Fall weather.

Finishing my first bowl ever of Esoterica Kingsbridge.
It was pretty moist when I removed it from the bag so I let it sit out for an hour or so.
This is a wonderful smoke. Very light, cool, sweet smoke. No bite and quite enjoyable throughout the entire bowl.
Smokin it in a nice older estate billiard, nomenclature mostly gone, oval shank flame grained billiard.
Still sippin Glenrothes.

Sutliff and Stokkebye can be had for 22-30$. I must have been distracted. I'll have to drink myself to oblivion, or to many trips to the bathroom to get over this error. To all my fanbase, what can I say? It ain't Shakespeare
