They should have known better. Don't pay much attention to sports anymore, but my old adage stands. "When asked why the manager plays a dog he says you have to go with the ones who got you there. Statistics usually bear out that those dogs were on the disabled list and the temps got you there." That's one of the main reasons The White Rat lost two series for the Dead Turds in StL.

I was on the phone with a friend when they put Giles in, and I said, "The Astros will lose because Giles is done for the year. He's been lousy, and will lose the game." They shouldn't use him again. Now smoking McClelland 27 in a 1980 Stanwell 668 medium bend with a multi-colored ferrule, half black sandblasted, half brown smooth, rough top with a black vulcanite stem.

Black point in a want to be volcano pipe. Last cup from this mornings pot of coffee still tastes great after 2 min in the microwave. Cleaned every thing up and loaded the grinder with beans, triple filtered water for the Espresso machine. The water here has lots of sand and calcium and that plays heckey with any coffee machine. Temp down to 42 pretty cold for a swamp rat. Grabbed a bottle of Irish cream today to help warm my coffee and bones as winter sets in.
