The Savinelli 904 yachtsman has been a focus of my collecting for a while, and most of my collection was acquired for under $30. A piece that I bought a few weeks ago, fell into their "Fiammata" line, which I had never heard of, was a bargain at $26. Just for fun, I was looking up Fiammata today, and found something stunning on their Pipedia page. The blocks that Fiammatas were carved from were originally selected to go into their Giubileo D'Oro line! Slight defects knocked them down to a second, but wow! Makes me feel like I bought gold for pennies!  |

The 904 is also a favorite shape for myself and for @ladymargaret. I only have one Sav 904KS but also have Dublins and Zulus and horns that fit closely. You got a very good deal on that Fiammata!
