An exciting announcement will take place at the meeting...officials from Price -Waterhouse will be making the announcement.
I would spill the beans, bt I was warned that a team of former seals will bust my rudder if I so much as hint what it's about.
I will taken pictures this time around.

Cool, Darin...The nice thing about this tobacconist, you can bring your own beer in to drink, or the hard stuff...Pool tables, shuffleboard, darts, big screen tv, xbox etc...and they even have a barber...if Darin agrees to a purple mohawk, I will pay for it. We will take some pictures this time around.

I'm so jealous. If I ever make it to Arizona, you guys had better be prepared to do some shuffleboard!

Well, my Miata does about 140, so I could be there quicker than that! And if one of you guys wants to buy me a Piper Cherokee and $7,000 worth of lessons, even quicker!

It was great meeting you all in person ... finally! We swapped tobacco and stories, showed off pipes and smoked many, many bowls. The Laudisi crew also brought several C&D blends to share which was nice. Hope to do it again soon!

Darin, aka Cobguy L to R Andrew is a Catholic college student who we met a few months ago Darin Gigger Mike aka username (picking up where we left off at) John aka PHXROCKS wearing the hat, smoking the cob His bride Kayla My daughter Kristine with her back to us...Go Daddy employee and she is going to be setting up our club website. The Laudisi Trunk Show display Pilfering John Store employee on the left, and Joe Fabian, western territory sales manager for Laudisi This is the pipe tobacco cave, most of the bulk is leftover from the former Tnderbox store, The store manager "Daz" is really trying to build the pipe business, so we will see some new blends coming in over the next week or so. And looking towards the rear, they have more pipes out front, and more on the way...the closet on the right is for the real bulk stuff. They recently added a barber chair....John is hoping that they start doing pedicures, because he get's half off! Joe Fabian, a heck of a nice guy and a great conversationalist... I wish I had more time to shoot the breeze with him.
My tired mug....

As I said earlier, Daz has been going the extra mile to accomodate us and grow the pipe business. When people come in seeking advice, he tells them about our pipe club and it has yielded some visitors. Andrew and his buddy Kyle are both training for the Catholic ministry, Kyle is a young returning vet, both are great guys...unfortunately the nature of their calling will take them away eventually to other schools. A woman and her husband came in and we all offered her advice on packing, smoking, etc, and whenever we meet we see people coming and going buying pipe tobacco, but one gets the impression that a good many are one blend/ Aro/ not into the pipe club thing....... Once I get some cards made up, and the website running I think it will start to grow...with social media links. I am hoping we can use it as a springboard to help others within the state to start some clubs. azpipeclub.com/Impressive, huh? Both me and my daughter are very busy, but we hope to get it going soon.A Savinelli Bing's Favorite Brownblast came my way!...Smokes like a dream...I smoked back to back, five bowls of various virginia's, and each bowl was excellent. Darin brought some of his blending creations, and we were some happy campers...his crumble cake was excellent, and I will be puffing ythis cheroot style this weekend, thanks to Darin.
