Kate did that make-up herself. No software alterations. She is very creative when it comes to this stuff.

I once went to a party as an outhouse. Made it from a refrigerator box. Had a door with the quarter moon cut out and I hung a roll of toilet paper on the outside.. When people opened the door I squirted them with a water gun.
