Slept in this morning - got up in the nick of time to get the 2 2 lb. turkey on the Rec Tec..Got the dog to doggie day care - playing with 30 of his buddies as we have a house full today including some very young children. Kicked back poolside with 3 year old Mac Baren Navy Flake in my Castello #65 Natural Vergin group G.. It’s going to be a gorgeous 79 degree day here today. - this is why I moved to Las Vegas!

A bowl for post-prandial Thanksgiving dinner: Solani Aged Burley Flake - one of my all time favorites and my favorite burley of all - in my lucky pipe, the Luciano 235b pot/billiard shape. Yes, I call it my lucky Luciano pipe. The thick walls of the relatively small chamber make for a fine flake pipe. Happy Thanksgiving again to all a youse.

Earlier I had a bowl of 2015 Holiday Spirit. Now, after a traditional Thanksgiving meal, I am lighting up a bowl of 2015 Christmas Cheer. Water with bergs continues to be my hydration.

If I fall asleep mid post here please forgive me.
Just stumbled up to the mancave after having our Turkey dinner. As some of you may know, I've been on a carb free paleo diet since July. Besides the occasional beer, today was the first round of potato's, stuffing, rolls, etc... I've had since then.
So, now it's time for a nice bowl of SPC Plum Pudding in a beautiful Sand Blast Lane Era Charatan Straight Dublin with a wonderful Saddle bit.
Sippin black coffee.

Earlier I had some MacB Navy Flake in the Baraccini blasted bent Pot at the in-laws after lunch but before pie. I had peach pie and black coffee. Took a nap when we got home. Now I'm having more of the same in a MM Mizzou with more black coffee on the side.

Well, I'm envious reading about your lovely dinners and post dinner smokes. Won' have dinner for another hour yet thanks to the power company. Lost power from 1000 to 1630. Turkey in the oven then. Gotta wait. Then I'll look forward to some Gawigh Balkan mixture.

Savinelli Doblone d'oro in an RDPipes Rhodesian, Tropical Torpedo IPA on the side. That's a lot of good choices all the way around! Enjoying an Oliva Serie O with a cocktail I made up on the fly. 1.5 oz Brandy, 1 small can Starbucks Cubano, and about half an ounce of Bullit Rye.

McClelland's Grand Oriental: Katerini Classic in the Savory's Argyll 140 diplomat shape. I bought this pipe new back in the early 70s. It was my first "good" pipe. All these years later it's still the best smoker. Wish the bowl were a bit larger but one can't have everything. The jpeg has faded with time, not being a lossless medium. Must take a new photo of my doyen pipe, soon.
