My brother on the left...he retired as a "Top" many moons ago, and he has worked almost as long as a contractor over in the sandbox...he has about 6 months left till he hangs it up....The guy on the right if I remember correctly was a British commando before he went to work as a contractor also. My brother led us on recon missions before we knew what recon was growing up on military bases....he ended up in Recon after he was at 8th and I in DC, and on white house duty. And my son who is out now.... My son broke a lot of stuff growing up...didn't like to be told what to do or told what was acceptable as a hair style, so he decided to join the corps. Thanks for your service John, Darin, and the rest of the vets on the forum.

Good looking family Charlie, Marines are special, they infuse them with great marksmanship and honorable pride, worked with some of the best Lurps in S Asia.

My Dad served with the Corps during WW II in Asia. Got his Purple Heart while fighting on Okinawa. He was a great man and a greater father. Semper Fi to those who served.
