Smoking some Bourbon Blend that I got from PipeStud a while back. He still has one, I think. It tended to bite a little, but after rehyrdating it I mixed a half bowl with a half bowl of Sweet Cask it is tasting really nice and the bourbon hits a noticeable backnote, not so much an overbearing flood. I think any mild burley would be fine. May try it with a cav in the near future. Bottom line: Enjoyable. It's burning in a Genod Green Paneled Author.
Fruit Punch Pop is my drink

Almost half was through this bowl of MacBaren Modern Virginia Flake in a post WW2 Pre-Republic Peterson Dublin straight smooth X155 Bulldog with a sterling silver band and a black vulcanite p-lip stem. Watching a speech by David McCullough, who is my favorite historian. Ice water and smilin' floaty widdle icebergs is my drink.

Birthday smoke in the birth year Dunhill. The tobacco of choice was St James flake. Cold weather here has really cut down on my smoking. Time to get the heater out and setup the garage.

Technically I am smoking so I can crash this thread with a Bobby Vee winter song. He recorded this a few years before he died. Album isn't available anymore, but this song is really a nice winter song and video, at least still on YouTube Just finishing up Bourbon/Sweet Cask Blend

I spent the day doing nothing of any consequence what so ever. Now that's what I call a good day. I did manage to rid the world of a tad more tobacco so there is that.
Currently, and last of the day for me is Half & Half in a GBD.

McClelland's Christmas Cheer 1997 in the Mastro de Paja 3A Sun dublin. A friend in Michigan gifted me this old tin some years ago. He got it from the late Mr. Silverman ("Chief Catoonah). This smoke is going up as a cup of cheer for a generous friend and the memory of the Chief. To be followed by more of the same in the MM Patriot corn cob.
