Another beautiful day in central Fla. Had dinner, done the walk thing, now on the patio watching the sun set, enjoying some McB OC in a Stanwell blasted Dublin with bamboo shank. Enjoy the evening folks, and most of all, enjoy your pipes.

PhantomWolf This may be of interest to you. Nailed a pound of Sutliff Red Wine and had a bowl in my DRG Royalton. It came a tad dry, so I took that into consideration. Hydrating it now. Anyhoo, it's pretty nice. Unless my buds are off it is different than Mulled Wine. No real spice. Got it from Lil Brown Cigar. When we were kids that had a different connotation on it. Service was just fine. Taxes but no shipping.

Enjoying some Dunhill RR in the new Peterson. Tin has been open a few months now and it is behaving like the Black House I had left open since summer, which is to say wonderfully. Still that same flavour on a retrohale, but without the slight sting to the sinuses. Adequately dried tobacco is my new soap box topic. Haha

Raccoons friend in the RobE Dubliner. Drinking chamomile tea. This cold snap is playing hell with my smoking routine. My phone says it is currently 1 f. I think its off a few degrees its bitter cold compounded by the wind we had earlier. This will be the first and last bowl of the evening.

...earlier...Chatham Manor...then, Paladin...now, Sutliff RR Match in a Davidoff blast Canadian... I really need to get around to picking up some Chatam Manor. I Really like Carter Hall and the general consensus seems to be that CM is superior? Also love that Canadien.

I really want some Country Lawyer, but it's a cold one here in western PA and that cigar leaf makes the house smell like old cardboard. I could go for some Dunbar, but I am also pretty excited at the idea of opening one of these tins of McClelland Arcadia and toasting the good Doctor.

Peterson Holiday Season 2013 in the Barling Garnet Grain 4759. Do you polish this pipe with something or is the finish naturally that clear? My 2016 Pete already looks kind of dull and I usually smoke rusticated pipes, so I don't know if that is the norm?
