My pipes came in pristine condition, with boxes and socks. I would save to file the return policy, tracking of delivery, in case the website is taken down, and in case you receive no responses.

My 2 tins of HH Latakia Flake came in today in perfect condition. Dated August 2014.

I smoked the 999..drilling was spot on, no dreaded stain in the bowl...the bowl was carbonized..smoked really nice out of the gate.
The wife took the billiard from me and insisted on it being wrapped so that I had something to open on Christmas morning....I have long insisted to the family that i don't want anything on Christmas...if I want something i will buy it...If I can't afford it, I won't buy it.

They haven't replied to my email about refunding or replacing. If you aren’t happy with it I would contact my cc company to process a chargeback before the account might be closed. |

I'll probably do that. They have a 14-day return policy so I wanted to give them a chance to reply within that period, but thinking about it I wonder if I wait beyond that if it would invalidate my right to return. |
