Having worked in the foodservice industry for 20 years, the Greeks know how to do food. They have a strong presence in the Bay Area, and they set the mark, and raise the bar on excellence in dining.
And it appears that some know a thing or two about pipes also...😉

Both excellent video's Sid. Healthy looking "crema" shown on some of the coffee photo's. I really need to work with my Ibrik more, cuz I think I've lost my touch regarding good crema
