Watch "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet" with William Shatner and smoking a bowl of McClelland's CH Cheer 2015 in a small Poul Hansen 1/4 bent Dublin. The tongue bite is off the charts with this combination. Obviously not the right pipe for this blend. Regardless, it is going back to the dark closet for another couple of years. French pressed Guatemalan coffee on the side. That's t my favorite Twlight Zone episode. Now smoking C&D Opening Night in the Brebbia squashed tomato.

Part way through this bowl of Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 1982 black sandblasted paneled slight bend Savinelli flat bottom sitter with a black vulcanite stem. A bottle of Lemon-Lime Gatorade is my edrink. Ate for the first time in three days, and am finally starting to feel better. Glad you're feeling better. Worst thing is the pipe tasting terrible. My taster's been fairly decent. The worst part (for smoking, that is) has been breathing, and though I'm still a little congested, I can taste what I smoke pretty well today. I'm having to take it slowly with longer breath spacing in between puffs.

One of the nice things about working from home is that, well.... You're workin from home!
The great thing, for me anyway, is that my home office just happens to be my mancave. ;-)
Sooooooo, it lends itself to my being able to grab a briar and a pinch or two of whatever I'm a cravin.
This afternoon my first smoke was a blissful bowl of MM965 in one of my sandblast bent bulldogs.
After that is was a nice hearty bowl of Durbar in my Edwards Billiard.
Now I'm absolutely enjoying a bowl of Bengal Slices in one of my Calebrisi Freehands.
All the while sippin Earl Grey.

A couple minutes away from smoking Wilke 47th Street in a 2003 medium bent Ural meer with a lined and etched egg shaped bowl with a silver band and a pearl brown acrylic stem. Ice water and bergs is my evening drink. I've had enough Gatorade for a while.

Good evening from Greece, we had light rain in the morning but now everything is quiet with 10°C outside. The previous photo Calabash and the above Canadian were my Christmas acquisitions. Captain Black White. Fortunate you, Sid. It's 10 F here!

Switching between Match Holiday and Skiff still stuck with the Dunhill. I was fiddling around with the Falcon System over the holidays but it still hasn't really caught my attention yet; maybe I need different bowls?

Almost done with some PS #84 Turkish in the MM Diplomat 5th Ave with a glass of ice tea.
I must admit I was skeptical about the Turkish/Oriental blends, but now I wish I bought more of them. I still have a good amount of each left, I'll try out mixing with them also. D&R Three Sails is a good smoke as well & all 3 will definitely be ordered in larger quantities next time.

Was incredibly smooth and flavorful. Looking at an 8 oz tin now. It's in bulk, but I may not smoke it often enough to keep a bag around

Wood burning stove up and running again. Smoking five year old Cornell & Diehl bulk Epiphany in a straight, two toned Savinelli 2000 POY, drinking Big K Diet Root Beer and checking out local real estate listings.

Relaxing after a wonderful home made chicken soup dinner and am a third of the way through this bowl of vintage VaPer Three Nuns in a 1938 straight black grain relief Dunhill OX Shell bulldog with a silver band repair with a black vulcanite stem. Chatting about the fact that McClelland's 5100 Red Cake has been discontinued.

After dinner, home made potato soup, and a game of scrabble with Blondie and Seth, I found my way back up to the mancave. Finished my bowl of Bengal Slices and moved on to a bowl of ZBC in an old estate bent billiard.
Am now 1/2 way through a delightful bowl of Odyssey in a bent dublin.

Opened a tin of C&D: Innsmouth. Nothing special in the tin. Actually smells a bit like cigarette tobacco. Pretty good if smoked slowly. Lots of Virnginia with the perique and katerini noticeable. The Cavendish is just there to mellow things I guess- can't taste it. I can see liking it more when it's had some time in the air.
At any rate, I plan on trying a tin of each in the line and having a backup for the shelf. The whole Lovecraftian spin is just too cool in my opinion.
Founders PC Pilsner on the side.

Last smoke of the night is Ryujin The Dragon God in the shorter German clay Churchwarden. Our youngest boys birthday today, so we had a party for him. Then I modified the MM Freehand with a new shank and some river cane.
