Do you have a particular time of day that delivers your best smoke? More often than not, mine is my last bowl before retiring.

Mine is that first bowl in the morning with freshly brewed Community coffee when I am not working. On work days it's that bowl after dinner in the fat chair with a cup of brandy.

First bowl of the day for me lately. I’m the only one up, heater turned on in garage, hot cup of coffee and a pipe.

First one at the end of a day. Come in boots come off sit in my recliner, load up a pipe. It is usually when the first beer gets opened also. Concidence?

My morning starts at about 21:50 on weeknights...I load a bowl with whatever strikes my fancy...the Mack Bulldog has his nose pointed west and another driver named Rusty Nuts has the back door covered and typically Rat bastard is running lead....between the three of us, we rag on each other, and try to avoid...Swift, C.R. England, and Schneider drivers...Rusty nuts does a quick turnaround in San Bernardino, rat Bastard turns around in Palm Springs, an I turn at Chiriaco Summit. My Bulldog has shorter legs, so we turn earlier and beat them back home (turtle and hare thing  )...good smokes, coming and going. |

Mine is after the kiddo goes to bed and peace finally settles over the house. Minime is a motormouth and only stops talking when hes eating or sleeping.

On the weekdays I only smoke in the evening. However, those early morning bowls on the weekends are the best. It might be my frame of mind.

Usually the last bowl of the night, and then again the first in the morning because I'm finishing the last nights bowl.

At the end of a long day, that pipe smokes the best, the nic relaxes me and I can really savor the different flavors from the tobacco.
