I know there's been talk of them going downhill. I didn't realize they had a B&M with Lounge. It looks nice, by the pics posted. I only wanted some accessories that they had, but noticed a tobacco I had not seen (tell me if I missed it). Dunhill AC 3000, a Cavendish Blend. I will probably give it a try if I place any more orders. So, I ordered a few items and got a shipping message within a half hour. That may mean they have no business. Or they have just the right amount. They will (if all goes well) be on my consideration list in the future. Oh, their Super Value tobaccos, though not as cheap as SPC's sale price, were very good.

I had a very positive experience on a pipe purchase when they use to list on Ebay (a handwritten, thank you note). That was the extent of it though, as they won't ship here from the website. Always heard good things about them and I use to see an unadvertised super deal or two within their listings. A kind of bonus for regulars, I guess.

All the Axx,xxx mixtures sold in Dunhill shops in the USA were Lane Ltd bulk tobacco. I believe A30,000 is BCA but you don't get the cool tin that it came in from the Alfred Dunhill shop.

I've had very good experiences with them, they reported on the shipment right away always.

I've ordered from them a few times - no problems. The fast reply might just mean automation.
