I actually have been listening to "brown noise". Very peaceful. Deep space sleeping cabin noises and so forth are great for sleep.

I use the Rain, Rain app on any of my IOS devices. Every night my earbuds are in and I listen to the tranquil sounds of a Rain Forest. One night I’ll use the brown noise from YouTube you provided above, thanks much.
