The demo song that I have used for evaluating speakers and stereos. Is the quality decent enough from this YouTube video or do you have a flac version of it?

I have always loved Gladys Knight.... she did a great job on the anthem!
A stupid question that got a great response.

Beethoven, Symphony #8 and Brahms, Symphony #3 by Berlin Philharmonic, Hans Knappertsbusch, Conductor. Good choices. Great choices. Especially the Brahms. It's lovability is perhaps not as obvious as the Beethoven, but lovable it is. I totally get that classical is not everyone's cup of tea. And there is so much great music in other genres not to be missed. But for those (of us?) that do love classical, it really elevates the spirit. It turns my ratty old bathrobe into a smoking jacket, cluttered house into a mansion, and my old comfy overstuffed chair into a throne. I love the feeling, which I believe true, that there are many people much more successful than me who are not, at that moment, enjoying life as much as I am. My opinion: classical music is an especially good reason to smoke a churchwarden.

As Bach often noted, pipe smoking and music make a harmonious combination.

Schubert - Symphonies #8 & 9 - Berlin Philharmonic - Koln Radio Symphony - Erich Kleiber, Conductor. Schubert chamber music, his trios, quartets, and quintets, are a great travel companion. Like an occasional oreo cookie or two, (or three).

I really like McMurtry. His lyrical style has had a big influence on my poetry. I like long and rambling sentences with no end in sight. Delicious.
