Finale of the 5th Symphony by Jean Sibelius. Believe it or not it’s all about swans! This historic hair raising performance with Leonard Bernstein is about as good as it gets. Thanks, YouTube! Give the complete Symphony a listen on the platform of your choice or better yet go see it live. I promise you will love it. I’ll be playing it three times this weekend with the Vancouver Symphony!

During Thanksgiving Day I pulled up a musical video that seemed right for the time, as the day played on YT played several videos of the genre...I had though the lead singer for Simply Red was a female all these years...quite a range he has...quite a misinformed listener I have been!
