lol . . .nice post. In reading it, it reminded me of why I don't smoke a Falcon when driving. They more or less give us a pass, but still keep their eyes open to 'possibilities.'

I liked these answers.....

1. Yep, arrested one about a year ago. He was smoking his pipe and driving. He went to jail.
Not because of the pipe, but because he was a .29 BAC

They once stopped Jim Inks with over 100 lbs of unidentified substance in his vehicle! It turned out to be packages of Mixture 79 and Captain Black Grape! He wasn't arrested for anything, but was held over for Mental Evaluation, since no one in their right mind would ever be caught dead with a stash like that

Could be why he was away for awhile.

My roommates, 19 and 21 years old, both smoke tobacco pipes. Every year we'll get 10 to 15 friends and all take a trip to Gatlinburg, TN and my roommates always stop at a pipe shop there called the Gatlinburlier that has a huge variety of tobacco pipes and varieties of tobacco. Also, the walls and ceiling have patches from hundreds of LE agencies across the country with a few fire departments and EMS thrown in for good measure. I asked the guy who owned the shop how he got all the patches and it started a few years ago when a few officers came in and gave him a few patches and it just snowballed from there.

That shop has it's share of fans.
