Anyone still use a tobacco pouch?
If not, how do you carry?

I do occasionally if I am out for the day and want something I can just put in my pocket. Prefer it to a baggie as I can use the flap to prep tobacco.
Does dry out fast, so I never leave it in there more than a day or so.

When I first started almost 3 years ago, I bought a top of the line all leather hand made Sorringowl and Sons Leather wrap, holders 2 pipes and is lined to hold baccy, with pockets for lighter, tamper and cleaners. Thing is great....and sits in a cabinet. Although it works great, I just never use it and will be sellling it, it’s too nice to not be used by someone. I use an inexpensive (about 8 bucks) Decantur lined fabric wrap for baccy now. If I am going to a show or club I use a 7 pipe leather Monjure case that holds everything I need and sees a lot more use than than leather wrap.

Camera cases are great for repurposing into pipe carry bags.

Cheap yellow roll up. For years. I’ve become sentimentally attached at this point.

Carry a pouch, for long days at the range with my son I pack a few pipes and zippy bags of tobacco in a stethoscope/ BP cuff pouch with lighter and cleaners as well.

On the rare times I go out long enough to bring tobacco, I use a Petersen roll up leather. Used to have one going for about 30 years when I had a real job.

I used to use a ziploc bag until I got too much grief about it from my dominos group. I recently ordered a classy looking pouch from Smokingpipes but now am worried that I didn't pay enough attention to checking out its liner. I might have to add a saran wrap liner and see how it holds up.

Yellow Rubber Rollup w/o zipper. Keeps the tobacco fresh for weeks. I love the look of the Plaids, but they don't roll as well or tight.

I have a Don Warren plaid pouch, and a Sorringowl leather pouch. I have yet to figure out how to get much use from them. A baggie has served the purpose since 1968.

I often use baggies even though I havea few pouches. Sometimes, if I'm gone for a while, I'll use a pouch. But, generally I'll take my pipe bag in that case and have more than one blend baggied for the sake of variety.

I would love to see the look on someone's face if they saw you open your vanity kit and pull out your pipe paraphernalia... Priceless

This was my one day rig when I used to work: Tobacco would be pretty crispy dry in this pouch by Friday. Sometimes I would just put a tin of OGS in the tobacco slot, seemed to maintain moisture better than the pouch.
