Awhile back I shared a picture of my Bird Feeder Thieves, the doe and fawn. Well they have become quite a herd since that picture.I have had up to 7 deer in the back yard at one time.It is probably due to me putting out feed corn every day.Of course this has inspired many other woodland creatures to visit, squirels, cardinals, crows, rabbits, and now this A Hawk coame by looking for a quick snack. Living im the sticks has its rewards !

The only thing I get in my garden are a bunch of starlings, some ravens and the odd robin or two. Got a nice picture of a Robin in the snow yesterday. I don't live enough in the sticks to get anything like what you're getting. Enjoy the experience, my friend.

We had Javalina the other night ... knocked over some chairs and tried to get into my compost bin. To bad they're not tasty!

We have had a burst of city expansion close by.Three housing areas just south and west, and now they are building a School.Almost 8 miles outside city limits.Anyway, it's pushing the wildlife my way.I've seen Red Fox,and Bobcats as well. But they won't pose for my camera. We've had Coyote also, but they've been out here for years.Several years back wife and I spotted one,a coyote, that had to be mixed with German Shepard. He was huge.

Not long ago, a raccoon and a skunk dining together from the same bowl of cat kibble under the front portal. I know both of them but this is the first time they shared the spoils.
Skunk lives under the tool shed/workshop and "Cooney" is a regular visitor.
No pics. I did not want to startle skunk by opening the door. There could be "consequences".
