This has happened more than once. When checked from email or on site account page, the delivery search just pings away and/or can display an invalid # notice.
I double checked and the problem is a Capital 'O' is being entered in place of a Zero. Going directly to UPS and entering the correct number, shows its progress (or lack of it, if it is coming Sure Post).
