From what undertand it really was about the Ketchup! Hienz had changed the recipe and would not produce anymore of the old stuff so McC's just had shut down! We all know it was the Ketchup that made their blends!  Michael, from what I can tell you were not a big fan of McC’s tobacco’s. Considering that I have bought 3 to 5 of there blends since 1980 I guess not ! I was merely agreeing with everybodies "ketchup smell" of the blends.'Course those folks had never smelled Red Va when it was in the barn! |
