So, currently, my purchase of a handmade artisan pipe is not looking like it is going to work out. Do you guys know of any websites that specifically deal with artisan "one of a kind" pipes? I don't even know if something like that exists since I imagine its mostly bigger brands that go through someone else's website. I'd like to stay under $200. If I'm just being stupid at SP has a category like this please tell me.

the majority of American pipes at SP Estates are indie pipemakers and usually some good choices in your price range.

To get a high quality artisan made pipe from a guy who knows what he is doing for 200.00 is going to be difficult. There are a lot of people selling pipes for 300 plus that have no business asking those prices. If it were my money, I would be looking at the Briar Works pipes at smokingpipes.com. Here is an example. I think this pipe is gorgeous and it is a one of a kind. www.smokingpipes.com/pipes/new/Briarworks/moreinfo.cfm?product_id=268176
