Anybody on the patch from the Memphis area? I'm not exactly in Memphis but I'm pretty close. Just curious if anyone on here was familiar with the local and also if you shop anywhere in the area.

I had to ride my motorcycle through Memphis. Scared me to death when I was boxed in by cars with "chariot wheel cutter hubcaps" I hear Graceland is nice.

And from Port Arthur to El Paso Texas is twice as far as from London to Inverness.
And from coast to coast the US is about the same distance as from Gibraltar to Oslo.

If you really want to look at big real estate, look no farther than Russia... 8 or 9 time zones if I recall.
I recently watched a NatGeo globetrekker? Show, and to take a train ride to the Siberian oil fields was crazy.
