Wolfman, I really love the Butera. It is very similar to Dark Star so if you have any of that you will get similar flavors. I am sorry but I never trade tobacco. I get too many requests and if I started it would never end.

I am so glad I read through this entire thread. I was feeling guilty about owning a dozen pipes and a meager stack of tins (35 or so). Looks like I need to get serious about all this now.....

William, if you want to smoke your favorites years from now, you are going to have to plan ahead. With the FDA deeming thing on the horizon, you could lose all of your favorite blends in one shot. Anything made after 2007 is on the chopping block.

I swore when I came back from a little hiatus I was buying no more tobacco as I have over a 20 year supply. I reached out to jiminks and asked what new flakes I might like, just like a junkie asking his dealer for a fix. Of course he tells me about 3 blends he knows I will love. One being Butera Dark Stoved which of course is a MC blend, the other 2 were Curly Block and Salty Dogs. Now I have 140 tins of the Butera and well on my way to going nuts on the other 2. I am such a junkie. It is good to be the enabler!!  |

Counted all the new tobacco and pipes acquired lately. Right now sitting at 30 pipes and 22.25 pounds of tobacco. Way to go Scott! Just wait until this "hobby" of yours becomes a lifestyle.... |
