Saturday night around midnight we had to run our oldest to Sioux Falls to get his appendix out. It was removed today and he is doing well, though it did rupture. He has to stay in for a few days. Wife is staying with him. I have to work. I'll catch up when everything calms down.

adding my good thoughts for quick recovery. My 48yr old son still has his. I was at 50-50. Mom had hers out in her mid 40s, Dad never had to have it removed. I'd guess at 77....still got it.

 Glad everything went AOK, had mine out at 5, I remember the ether and Gin smell makes me think of the hospital stay. Again glad it's in hand.
