For those of you who where following this "elsewhere" I stayed up late last night and finished this puppy. I figure I have about 30 hours in it total and I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. Next I'm going to attempt some portraits of my kids in pencil.  |

I know Baboo had asked to see some of my other work at one point. I did this tonight... Not finished still need to add some details and finish his shirt but this is my 3 month old son. His older brother and sister are next per their mothers request.  Here is the picture I'm working from...  |

Thanks again guys... Baboo, I'm trying to figure out what I did with some of my paintings... I assume they are still boxed up somewhere like the attic but god only knows what I did with them  |

Thanks Papi... The pen & ink will actually be going to a fellow pipe blogger soon... I worked a trade with him for some pipe restoration work. I will probably scan it and make a print for myself to keep but the original will be gracing the wall of someones smoking den.

WOW!  I use to draw mostly with pencil years ago but, was never as accomplished as you sir. Very fine work and love the detail.  |
