What Are Your Must Tries?

Thanks for all the recommendations guys, much to think about and research. I am glad that I have a couple of the blends mentioned in my cellar already. I am most definitely leaning towards the more natural sweet blends because the topping or amount thereof is what my taste buds have a problem with.
