Relaxing after a wonderful baby back ribs, sweet corn, and mashed potatoes dinner. Had a terrific slice of Chocolate Mousse Tuxedo Cake for dessert, and am now smoking Stonehaven in a 1998 smooth medium bend Peterson Limerick 69 with a nickel band and a black vulcanite p-lip stem. Watching an early Hopalong Cassidy movie.

Smoking what Riegel's B&M in east Ft. Wayne calls Danish Heather, a light brown ribbon cut aromatic. Unsure of the flavoring but it's pleasant to me. The pipe is a "New to Me" The Everyman Sandblasted (599) (by Comoy's). Drinking icy tea!
The photograph make the pipe look like a "panel", it's not, it's round.

Country Gent stuffed with Nightcap. A victory smoke of sorts. I had my front brakes and rotors replaced last summer and it cost me over $400. I just decided to order the parts and do the rear myself. $115 for performance grade parts after a rebate. No offense to mechanics, but I think this is going to set a trend for me. haha

Found an old ebay Aerosphere Duncan Hill pipe that I got with an assortment a few years ago, in a box of things I had set back and forgot about. The air hole is taped up so I stuffed full of GH LPF and it smoked great. It's a smooth Pot with almost all birdseye grain. Coke Zero as a drink.

What an absolutely glorious day we've had here today. Low 80's and a nice spring breeze. All of this necessitated an obligatory round of golf. ;-) First smoke of the day was an assortment of Arturo Fuente cigars and several bowls of MM965. This evening, after dinner and watching a couple of episodes of The Looming Tower with Blondie, I've found my way up to the mancave. Windows are opened, crickets are chirping, ceiling fan is a whirring and this bowl of 2014 In Between is absolutely Singing from the bowl of my No Name Great Britain Sandblast Bent Billiard. Sippin Bourbon and agua.

Had several smokes today and yesterday. Dad went into the hospital. He's 91, and I believe doing fine. Sounded good.
Smoking some of this Best Brown Flake from Mark in the Sloop John B (who deserted us) Ashwood Poker. I just got to liking English and then turned to VA's. Some mention that VA's can be hard on the tongue. I thought it might be, but I guess having my smoking technique down and I absolutely love this stuff. So tempted on the penzance.
Guys, some of us "like" posts to mark our place and we know we read it. Some do it to show appreciation for a post. I do both, but I am not even going to try to keep up for a while. You guys know I like you and I hope that's enough.
