Half way through this bowl of early ‘70s Edgeworth Cavendish Rich Aromatic (Gold) in a 2002 IMP smooth full bend egg shaped meer with a black acrylic stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink as the rain storm outside is heavy. Lost power for a minute, but am back on line now. Stormy must be sending me a message about the burley I left him. If you had left the good stuff out I would have given you a free pass. 😁 Free pass, my clavicle. You're as cheap as I am, Mr. Benny!!

Karl Erik half bent with a 50/50 mixture of Dunhill Mixture BB 1938 and Dunhill Standard Mixture. Last of the tins. This may be interesting or not!

Just watched a 2 pipe movie with my wife. A bowl of Super Balkan mixed with Yenice Agonya in my canted waist stack, followed by GH Dark Birds Eye in a great old Jarl Lumberman, accompanied by a glass of red plonk and an expresso. The movie was Churchill's Darkest Hour.

Some early 2016 Sutliff Virginia Slices in an MM Mark Twain. This stuff has smoothed out a bit more with some age. Fresh, it seemed a bit cloying and sweet and it could probably use a good 5-10 years to reach potential. Hell, as long as they’re still making it it will be worth getting more to cellar.

That reminds me that I need to pop a tin of Temple Bar. I had some about a year and a half ago that grew mold. I got replacement tins for all of them (7 tins, I believe) but have yet to smoke any since then. Just wanted to know, Will a unopened tin Grow mold? Or was that a open tin. Initially, it may grow mold cultures in the container until which point it turns anaerobic in the tin and depletes all remaining oxygen. If the tin is over a few months old and it’s not seriously bulging it shouldn’t have mold inside it. It could however start growing mold once opened.
