What steps would you take to clean an estate pipe? Let the stem rest in a bath of warm water and Oxy Clean. Salt and alcohol for the bowl. That's what the general consensus seams to be. Plenty of good vids on YouTube. If you ever buy a used Dr Grabow, you can order new stems from the factory directly. $12 each. I have a couple 'new to me' Color Dukes with nasty bits that I actually need to replace in the near future. |

I must send my pipes through that before smoking them. How long would you leave it to dry before smoking? |
