Relaxing after a wonderful pot roast dinner and mlady's freshly made banana pudding with meringue with a bowl of 2012 Rolando’s Own in a smooth straight WW2 Pre-Republic Peterson Sterling Canadian with a sterling silver band and a p-lip with a black vulcanite stem. Ice water properly chilled along with floaty li'l icebergs is my drink for the rest of the evening. Cubs are thumping the Pirates 6-0 in the 5th.

and mlady's freshly made banana pudding with meringue Now that sounds amazing. Evening gents. Busy day, as usual. The work disease is a persistent one. Someday I'll be able to cure myself of it, hopefully. Hit the gym and then cooked up some chicken tit strips for the weeks worth of lunches. Had some leftover hardboiled eggs as well, so I made up some egg salad too. Supper was a shake and bits and pieces of chicken and egg salad. Relaxing with a nice glass of red wine and a bowl of Storm Front with a pinch of MacB Vanilla thrown in. I read somewhere that red wine is good for your health and helps with weight control. I think I'll have another glass.

Having a Royal Albert cup of I-coffee, this morning, I watched Mr Holmes starring the great Ian McKellen last night for the second time. Had a few puffs of my leftover mix from last night in my mini metal barrel taster Prince pipe. Had a few whiiffs of my no nicotine menthol vape after breakfast. Enjoy your day folks, from sunny warm Liverpool by the Irish sea.

Not smoking a thing, DAMNIT! Still with flu and can't breath well or taste a thing... probably another half week or so before I'm back in the saddle. I could go for a big bowl of Jim's wife's homemade banana pudding!!! Maybe the JimInks household will trade me their secret banana pudding recipe for a hardy baccy sample with a nice room note ;-)
