7/2016 GH & Co. Rum Twist in a late 1970’s Bonnie Brier thick gnarl/carved rusticated straight billiard. Rum Twist has changed quite a bit in only 2 years of age. Much tangier and sour from the rum topping and much darker. Time to order a few more factory bags.
Out of stock... Why it’s always good to order when youre down to half a pound, and always buy bulk. Geez.

A bit behind on my posting, been doing some honest labor. Did my morning's work, had breakfast outside on the deck for only the second time this year. Season went from winter to summer in about 3 days, from wearing turtleneck sweaters to T-shirts. Enjoying HH ODF in my #1 stack. Then on to Byzantium shortly.

About a third of a bowl away from finishing McCranie’s 1983 Red Ribbon in an unbranded '70s Charatan smooth straight Billiard with a black vulcanite stem. A bottle of Boylan's Birch Beer made with pure cane sugar is my drink.

Some Cult Abacus. In a new cob.
No sweeter smoking experience than stealing away from work for a bit. Having important things that I should be doing enhances my experience greatly.

I've been busier than a cat with two tails in a room full of rocking chairs the past couple of days. Me and Miss Daisy are relaxing at a resort in the central part of the State now, so relaxation has finally started. I'm smoking Amphora Brown in a Falcon Hunter and drinking water with little bergs floating around. It's bottled water 'cause the tap water here sucks big time.

Earlier, I smoked a bowl of 2016 Peterson Summertime Blend in a recently gifted pipe. The pipe is a wonderful smoker and the Peterson's was just the perfect bowl on a beautuful day. Caught some of the rum and citrus notes, it was the perfect pairing with my Peet's Major Dickenson's Dark Roast.

Accompanied Miss Daisy to the hot tub for about half an hour. She enjoyed the bubbles and I enjoyed Classic Rock on Pandora while reclined and feet up in my power chair. It's nice to have a recliner on wheels, lol. Now it's out on the apartment's patio with Triple Play burning in the MiniMeer and sipping on a nice glass of Merlot.
